TACON manufactured automatic Pre-punching CZ purlin machine 1.0 , It can quickly Interchangeable between C purlin and Z purlin, also called fast change Steel Purlin Making Machine or C & Z Shape Interchangeable Rolling Machine. It can be used to produce both C Purlin and Z Purlin with various sizes, in different thickness, and with punch on web and flange side.

What is CZ Purlin Machine
A CZ purlin machine is specialized industrial equipment for manufacturing C-shaped and Z-shaped steel purlins, which are widely used in the construction industry to support roofing and wall cladding materials.
Working Principle
The machine first unwinds the coiled metal sheet through an uncoiler and feeds it into the machine. Then, the steel strip is leveled by a leveling device. After that, it enters the roll-forming part, where precision roller dies gradually cold-form the strip into the desired C-shaped or Z-shaped purlin through a series of bending steps. Finally, the formed purlin is cut to the required length by a cutting device.
