(2) The shelf crossbeams adopt a specially cold-rolled "closed beam" structure, and their dimensions are adapted to the height of the layer boards.
(3) The shelf layer boards are formed by bending cold-rolled steel plates as needed along four sides, and reinforcing ribs can be welded for enhanced load-bearing capacity. Wooden boards can also be laid according to requirements.
(4) During assembly, the crossbeams and column pieces are connected by hanging to form a frame, and then layer boards (or wooden boards) are laid, thus forming a complete medium-sized shelf.
(5) All components are assembled after undergoing processes such as grinding, acid washing, phosphating, electrostatic spraying, and drying. The finished product has a smooth and beautiful surface, adjustable layer height, and a bolt connection structure that is convenient for disassembly and maintenance.
