Upright Roll Forming Machine

This machine employs the cold bending forming process and can produce various types of columns such as C-shaped and U-shaped, and integrates a high-precision punching system to ensure precise processing of connection holes, fully meeting the load requirements of medium-sized and heavy-duty shelves.

The Pallet Rack Roll Forming Machine is a specialized equipment designed for mass production of various core components of shelves. Its application fields include logistics storage shelves, supermarket shelves, and beam-type shelves, among others. A. Upright roll forming machine /Shelf column rolling forming machine

This machine is dedicated to producing vertical supporting columns of shelves with C-shaped, U-shaped, etc. cross-sections. Through integrated high-precision punching technology, it realizes precise processing of connection holes (such as butterfly holes), meeting the load requirements of medium-sized to heavy-duty shelves.

B. Shelf beam rolling forming machine

This machine uses continuous rolling technology to form horizontal load-bearing beams with P-shaped, rectangular cross-sections, ensuring the structural strength of the cross-section and adapting to the load requirements of pallet shelves, shuttle-type shelves, etc.

C. Shelf panel rolling forming machine

This machine manufactures cold-rolled steel layer plates, back plates, etc., and simultaneously completes the forming process of folded edge strengthening ribs, significantly enhancing the deformation resistance and overall stability of the layer plates.
