Down Spout Machine

The automatic Down Spout Machine ( also known as gutter downspout machine or downspout roll forming machine), it is a specialized equipment for the construction roofing industry, which can directly produce seamless drainage pipe systems at the construction site. This machine adopts a PLC intelligent control system to achieve two core functions: Firstly, it efficiently produces straight pipe sections through continuous rolling molding technology; secondly, it simultaneously completes the hydraulic pressing connection of elbows and automatic fixed-length cutting. The hydraulic end presser ensures that the connection accuracy of the elbow is within ±1mm. Combined with the automatic cutting machine, it realizes fully automated operation throughout the process, significantly improving the sealing performance and installation efficiency of the drainage pipe system.

This automatic Down Spout Machine is specifically designed for processing corrugated downspouts, connecting the rainwater trough system, and vertically directing rainwater to the ground collection facilities to prevent rainwater accumulation that could cause roof leakage or wall erosion. The commonly used pipe diameters are 75mm or 100mm, which meet the drainage requirements of the roof.
