The material thickness is suitable for the common range of 0.75-1.6mm, the cross-sectional height can be flexibly switched between 32mm-52mm, and the width and length can also be adjusted according to needs. Whether it is light steel keels for residential walls, load-bearing steel beams for commercial buildings, or special-shaped steel frames for modular containers, it can accurately meet the production requirements, allowing enterprises to accept orders without being restricted by specifications.

√High-hardness Roll Set: Made of Cr12MoV alloy steel, after quenching and tempering treatment, its hardness reaches HRC 58-62. It will not deform even when processing materials of different thicknesses for a long time, ensuring excellent forming consistency;

√Real-time Detection System: Equipped with a laser contour scanner, it monitors the cross-sectional shape of the steel frame throughout the process. Once it deviates from the set specifications, the system will automatically adjust the roll pressure, strictly controlling the dimensional error within ±0.3mm, so that each batch of products meets high standards.

2) Levelling Device

Four leveling devices is used to fasten the raw material. When punching system is on working, the raw material will be fixed tightly by leveling device to ensure the job precision.

3) Hydraulic Punching

● After holes punching, raw material will be driven in to roll forming system.

4) Roll Forming Device

● Shaft: Shafts of rollers are tooled by grinding machine for two times to ensure the precision of final product.

● The frame is designed as strong as it's required to bear the whole rollers and shafts. This ensure machine is able to work in long life without repairing any shafts and frames.

● Flare device is made of two group rollers (each group has 4 rollers) with manual adjusting device, This type of device is used to straighten the shape of products to ensure the length precision.

6) Safety Covers Guard:
● Safety Guard covers the whole machine to ensure worker's safe.

The computer system is able to read TXT format and connect with machine directly. It can control machine auto-running and demonstrate forming status dynamically, including punching and cutting. Also it is able to scan production data with the computer system.
