2) Levelling Device

Four leveling devices is used to fasten the raw material. When punching system is on working, the raw material will be fixed tightly by leveling device to ensure the job precision.

4) Roll Forming Device

● Shaft: Shafts of rollers are tooled by grinding machine for two times to ensure the precision of final product.

● The frame is engineered to have sufficient strength to support all rollers and shafts, as required. This ensures the machine can operate with an extended service life, eliminating the need for repairs to any shafts or the frame itself.

6) Safety Covers Guard:

The computer system is able to read TXT format and connect with machine directly. It can control machine auto-running and demonstrate forming status dynamically, including punching and cutting. Also it is able to scan production data with the computer system.
