How LGSF Machine Works?

① Decoiler: A hydraulic or mechanical Decoiler feeds the galvanized steel coil into the machine, ensuring smooth, consistent material flow.
② Leveling Device: The steel strip is passed through a leveling unit to remove wrinkles or inconsistencies, guaranteeing a flat, even base for forming. ③Hydraulic Punching: An NC (Numerical Control) punching system automatically creates holes for fasteners (e.g., screws, bolts) with pinpoint accuracy-critical for easy on-site installation.
④Roll Forming Device: The heart of the machine: a series of custom-engineered rollers (made from high-strength GCr15 steel, heat-treated for durability) bends the steel strip incrementally into the desired profile (C-stud, U-track, or custom shapes).
⑤Online printer & Hydraulic Cutting: After forming, the machine cuts the profile to your exact length (with adjustable settings) and sprays a code (for tracking or specifications) before depositing the finished component into a collection unit. Every step is controlled by an intuitive PLC system or touchscreen interface, allowing operators to set parameters, monitor production, and troubleshoot issues in real time-no advanced technical skills required.
